For this project, PI provided commissioning services for a tier 3 Data Center for Cox Communications. The project included two 20,000 sf tier 3 computer equipment rooms on a raised floor with supporting mechanical, electrical, communications, and office space.

Commissioning was broken down into six levels, including design review, factory witness testing, component verification and testing, individual system testing, and integrated systems operational testing, and the project was delivered on time, meeting the client’s expectations.

PI is performing on-site construction management and coordination for this multi-million controls project. The project includes a cut over project to remove existing Carrier controls from the existing data center and replace them with Automated Logic Controls.
