Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Washington, D.C.
As a subcontractor to Pepco Energy Services, Primary Integration surveyed the existing (manufacturing) process systems and HVAC systems to develop a conceptual design for a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA).

Central Campus TA-5, Ft. Lee, Virginia
PI provided full life cycle commissioning services for the Central Campus TA-5 project located in Ft. Lee, VA. This project included design phase, construction phase, and post construction phase commissioning services.

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Headquarters, Maryland
PI was awarded the commissioning contract for the $369 million DISA headquarters building located in Ft. Meade, Maryland. The new 1,070,000 sf, multi-story campus facility provides enough space for the relocation of more than 4,200 DISA employees.

Dulles Discovery, Virginia
PI Solutions provided commissioning services for the first three buildings of the Dulles Discovery campus, totaling 450,000 sf. Total building space is forecasted to be 1,500,000 sf with 200,000 sf of raised floor server and communications space distributed across the three buildings.

GSA – NIAID, Washington, D.C.
PI provided commissioning services for the 2,000 sf data center located in Rockville, MD, successfully verifying that all systems perform adequately in accordance with the design documentation and intent.

Liberty Crossing, Virginia
PI Solutions provided commissioning services for the second building on a secure government campus, which is being constructed in phases by a private developer for a Federal government tenant. The total building space is 350,000 sf with 20,000 sf of raised floor server and communications space.

National Geospatial Intelligence Agency – New Campus East, Virginia
PI is providing mission critical commissioning services to the 2.5 million sf US Army Corp of Engineers NGA-NCE Project. These facilities include a 20 MW central utility plant with full generator back-up which supports approximately 200,000 sf of defense data environments and approximately 1.5 million sf of supporting administrative facilities.

National Institute of Health Building 37 & 49, Maryland
PI provided controls integration services for NIH Building 37 and 49. Each building is approximately 250,000 SF and consists of offices and Labs (Fume Hoods). This building is supplied with Chilled Water, Steam and Compressed Air (process and temperature control) from the Main Power Plant.

National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE), Maryland
PI provided design review and commissioning services for this two-story, 75,000 sf facility which includes medical treatment and research, instructional and auditorium, data environment, and supporting MEP facilities. PI provided full life-cycle commissioning, including design phase, construction phase, and post construction phase commissioning. In addition, PI provided LEED™ enhanced building commissioning services for the HVAC systems and reliability commissioning to the power systems, which are supported by emergency power and UPS.

U.S. National Archives and Records Administration II, Maryland
PI provided systems integration, upgrade, and energy savings control strategies valued at 1.5 million dollars. The project primarily consisted of upgrading the existing Siemens HVAC control system to an Ethernet based systems throughout the facility.
