PI provided systems Integration for nine task orders over the last two years. The task orders primarily covered the installation of HVAC controls to the HVAC systems throughout the base. The combination of task orders touched 120 buildings with HVAC controls and tied those controls through the dedicated fiber optic network back to the front end.

As a subcontractor to Pepco Energy Services, Primary Integration surveyed the existing (manufacturing) process systems and HVAC systems to develop a conceptual design for a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA).
McGuire AFB, New Jersey
Currently providing a complete open control EMCS which will reside on the base wide IT network. This is the first project of a complete base wide HVAC controls retrofit which once implemented will control the heating and cooling in over 80 buildings, reside on the base IT network and be a complete open LON system.
SCANA, South Carolina
Services provided included design review and construction phase commissioning of a 95,000 sf building containing two control rooms which support the command and control functions for the electrical and natural gas transmission and distribution systems in SCANA’s southeast U.S. service area. In support of the control rooms, there are two raised floor data centers, three communications spaces, and office/administration areas.

PI provided systems integration, upgrade, and energy savings control strategies valued at 1.5 million dollars. The project primarily consisted of upgrading the existing Siemens HVAC control system to an Ethernet based systems throughout the facility.
