PI Wins New Government Power Plant Project
PI, in conjunction with AlbanCat, is constructing a 12 MW power plant to support critical operations at a top secret government facility. The government will use this power plant as a temporary source of power during major utility upgrades.
PI Wins Princeton University Commissioning Contract
PI has won the contract to provide commissioning services for Princeton University’s new High Performance Computing Research Center (HPCRC) in Plainsboro, NJ. The HPCRC will be a 43,000 sf two story computing facility with 12,000 sf of raised floor on a 10-acre parcel.

NAP of the Capital Region
Primary Integration, LLC (PI) provided commissioning services for the construction of the second phase of the NAP of the Capital Region (NCR). This 100,000 square foot tier III facility is located approximately 60 miles from the nation’s capital.
IBM Leadership Data Center
PI served as the 3rd party commissioning agent for this 120,000 sf Tier IV facility, which was designed to create system redundancies that respond to improved reliability, ease of operation, and human error tolerance, while eliminating single points of failure. Critical systems are supported by UPS and emergency power systems with complimentary redundancies built and integrated into all aspects of the infrastructure including architectural, mechanical, and electrical components.
Capital One Knolls Data Center
As the 3rd party commissioning agent, PI is performing a detailed review of system design and sequence of operations for this project, which is the third separate mission critical data center within the existing mission critical facility. Work provided for this 23,000 sf of raised floor project includes project drawings, specs, and submittals for critical equipment.
