Primary Integration, LLC (PI) provided commissioning services for the construction of the second phase of the NAP of the Capital Region (NCR). This 100,000 square foot tier III facility is located approximately 60 miles from the nation’s capital.

The project covered the addition of a standalone 100,000 square foot data center and a 11,000 square foot generator building. The systems commissioned included medium voltage switchgear, stand by diesel power plant, fuel oil storage, UPS and critical power distribution. The mechanical plant included primary-secondary chilled water loops, a chilled water storage tank and computer room air conditioning units.

The project was completed on time and the commissioning report and documentation was delivered within 30 days of completion of commissioning activities to support the client’s operational requirements.
